I’ve changed careers, made good money, hung out with rock stars, gotten a university degree, grown successful businesses, but I was partying a lot, drinking booze until 2am, filling myself up with junk food each day, and relying on sugar, coca-cola and everything else to pull me through my sleep deprived existence.
