A lot of people will look at this page and they won't take action.

“Oh, I’m different...”
The truth is we’re not.
I’ve changed careers, made good money, hung out with rock stars, gotten a university degree, grown successful businesses, but I was partying a lot, drinking booze until 2am, filling myself up with junk food each day, and relying on sugar, coca-cola and everything else to pull me through my sleep deprived existence. I felt empty, despite my seeming success.
“Nothing works for me, what’s the point?”
“I’m different” I thought.
I felt sorry for myself, I doubted myself, and I refused to think any differently.
In the end I had to face the fact that I wasn't happy - I had to understand that something needed to change, so, at the age of 30, I made the decision to quit my glamourous jobs as a music promoter and nightclub manager and move to Australia with two suitcases, no money and a credit card that was nearing it's limit.
The truth is, I’m just a regular lass from the UK, I'm single and I don't have kids.
There’s nothing special, unique or different about me at all.
I’ve had many of the same experiences other people have had, including you, and I’ve chosen to deal with them in various ways. Some good, some bad.

I don't know anyone else doing the course, can I still do it?
How long is this going to take me to do each day?
Each week you have to fill in a digital form that goes straight to my team for review. You have to answer the questions, list out goals and report back on what you’ve done.
Me and my team will hold you accountable to what YOU write in those forms.
